Eric NOËL is the Chef and will be preparing your meals during your stay.
After starting his career in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, twenty-five years of experience have earned him a place as a reference in French gastronomy.

As well as a Diploma of Honour from the Confédération du Commerce et de l'Artisanat, he received the Silver Medal of the City of Paris from the hands of Jacques Chirac himself.

e went on to work in the Tarn area, in Albi and Cordes sur Ciel before moving here to the Landes, his adopted home.
